Rapid Shapes D100+ Ortho Inline is the perfect solution for industrial (24/7) dental production-facilities.

The inline concept is a high-performance, resin-based additive manufacturing system based on DLP force feedback technology. Up to five printers can be controlled simultaneously in one line. A single printer is capable to print up to 300 models in 8hr (24 hours = 4,000 models). The inline concept is tailor-made for ortho models and features a large build area and validated ortho and aligner model precision. The D100+ enables highly efficient and true in-sequence manufacturing, no matter day or night.
